1. What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns:
We only accept returns if the item has a manufacturing defect. Every piece is carefully checked before shipping, and we test the fabrics to make sure they hold up to washing and drying. Refunds are only given if an order is lost during shipping.

Exchanges (sizes only):

• We accept exchanges only if the item has not been washed or worn.
• Please email us at littleangelsdjv@hotmail.com with photos of the item. Our team will review your request and let you know if the exchange is approved.
• If you’re in Montreal, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item, but you are responsible for sending the original item back to us.
• If you’re in the rest of Canada, you are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the new item.

2. Can I exchange an item for a different design?

No. Exchanges are only possible for a different size of the same design.

3. How should I wash the clothes?

Our clothes are machine-embroidered and made with delicate fabrics. To keep them in the best condition:

• Wash by hand or on a delicate machine cycle.
• You can use the dryer, but we recommend air drying to keep them looking new longer
• Wash light-colored clothes separately from dark ones.
• Avoid strong bleach.
• Iron on low heat if needed.

4. What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order is lost during shipping, we will either send a replacement or give you a full refund.

5. Are your clothes safe for babies and children?

Yes ❤️. All our clothes are made with high-quality fabrics, reinforced seams, and strong embroidery. We test our products to make sure they last through many washes and are safe for little ones.
